All keys and remote controls (garage door remote, gate remote, etc.) related to the property.

What to expect on Closing Day:

You will be greeted and check in at the Ponder Law office located at 1016 Woods Crossing Road, Greenville, SC  29607.

We will make a copy of your government-issued photo identification (valid driver’s license or passport) .

We will accept your cashier’s check.

The entire team will gather (attorney, realtors, buyers, and sellers) and all of the closing documents will be explained to the.            buyers and sellers who will then sign them.

The Ponder Law team will scan and send the signed buyer closing documents to the lender for the lender funding review.

Once the lender completes the funding review, the keys will be exchanged and checks will be distributed.
