Congratulations on going under contract! Please fill in the following information and click the link below to pay your earnest money simply and securely online. If you prefer to pay your earnest money by check, you may drop it off at our office or give it to your realtor.

After clicking Submit, your information will be submitted to Ponder Law. Next, you will select Click Here and a new browser window will open to allow payment of your Earnest Money via the Earnnest website. Click Sign in to continue, input your email address, and then input the one-time passcode from Earnnest. From there, you will be able to input your closing details and payment information. Our office will email you a receipt once the transaction is completed.

To help protect you from wire fraud, we partner with CertifID: an easy-to-use solution to validate your identity and securely share our wiring instructions before funds are transferred. We will only send our wiring instructions via CertifID. Do not trust any correspondence indicating a change in our wiring instructions. Always verify wiring instructions verbally with our office prior to sending your funds. If you have any questions about this process, please call or email our office.
